Permanent Senior Cash Collection & Risk Manager, Manchester City Centre- Full Agile Working

Your new company

You will be working for a rapidly growing business in the heart of Manchester City Centre. The business is looking for a talented individual to come in with a track record of transforming the performance of a global collections and risk function.

Your new role

This is a full-time newly created permanent role with full agile working on offer requiring you to come into the office a handful of times a month. Your main aim is to develop strategies, implement change and the good news is you will be given full control do so. Key area's that you will focus on include; KPI's, stakeholder engagement, credit risk requirements and overall team performance. Ensuring the function operates at an optimum performance by means of improving processes, implementing change and transformation is an essential. The job purposely doesn't involve any people management to allow you to be able to focus on driving this department forward and making key decision. You will however be working closely with the cash collection and risk team to ensure a smooth transition of new processes and make sure results are delivered.


What you'll need to succeed

You must be an established Credit Manager / Credit leader with a track record of improving processes on a global scale within a matrix organisation.
