An opportunity for an experienced REGIONAL MANAGER (FUEL & SERVICE STATION) is required for permanent employment based in Richards Bay to travel between various Fuel & Retail sites.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12 (Matric) + Position related qualification (adv)
• Min 5 Years working experience as a Regional Manager in a Fuel & Service Station.
• Experience must include; Butchery, Bakery, Confectionery, Hot & Cold Deli and Fruit & Veg departmental experience.
• Able to develop and implement recipes
• Controlling waste
• Yield drive
• Pricing
• Food safety standards
• Merchandising and stock management
• Staff co-ordination and training
• Computer literate (MS Office, Excel, Email etc)
• POS Software experience
• Knowledge of Health and Safety
• Administration Strong communication skills
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Able to travel between regions and sites as required by the position.
• Must be able to delegate
• Presentable and customer friendly
