Page Personnel are currently recruiting an Assistant Billing Manager on behalf of a Global Professional Services business based in Leeds.
Client Details
Our Client are a Globally recognised Professional Services business with over 100 years industry experience. They are currently recruiting an Assistant Billing Manager to work closely with the Complex Billing Manager and oversee a team of Billing specialists.
Description
As an Assistant Billing Manager you will be responsible for, however not limited to; Having leadership of a team of Billing Specialists, reconciliation and billing of complex client accounts, work with other Team Leaders to share resources over workload peaks and troughs, use detailed understanding of billing systems / processes to make improvements to internal customer experience, ensure necessary governance is applied to all internal customer requests, engage with your team's Operational stakeholders, deputise for the Complex Billing Manager where necessary.
Profile
The successful candidate will;
- Have a solid background in Billing
- Have experience in leading a team in a complex environment
- Have experience of quick and accurate resolution of stakeholder questions and issues
- Have experience of managing own workload whilst overseeing a team
- Be able to own an issue until the problem has been resolved
- Have the ability to explain governance processes to internal customers
- Have accuracy in processing data
Job Offer
Salary is up to £35,000
Working hours are 8am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5pm
