Responsibilities:
Assist in the completion of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process of multiple properties to meet reporting deadlines to financial partners.
Complete/review Bank reconciliations
Record accruals
Reconcile various multi-company accounts
Reconcile lender statements
Manage home office fixed assets
Record capitalized assets for properties
Manage payments and reconciliations of liabilities for all benefit providers.
Prepare quarterly Real Estate Owned report.
Oversee aspects of the Accounts Payable function (i.e., sales & use tax, and unclaimed property accounting and reporting).
Manage the reimbursement of employee T&E expenditures.
Manage the Corporate Credit Card program.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance with and emphasis in Accounting is required.
Public accounting background desired.
5-7 years of experience in commercial real estate, with multifamily experience preferred.
Experience working with multiple entities and consolidations.
Yardi, Paycom, Nexus and Concur experience preferred.
