AR Accountant :
Enter bills into the company's accounting system ( QuickBooks). bills must get paid on time ; its what we do
Record payments in our inventory tracking system (Stone Edge.) Accuracy in accounts receivable is key. Account reconciliations , bank account reconciliations . The balance sheets must balance? Assist with monthly closing of books. Providing the financial statements is at the heart of the accounting department. Prepare bi-weekly payroll and maintain all payroll records. Work with third-party payroll provider to ensure timely and accurate payroll tax reporting. We pay each and every employee every two weeks.

General Comments

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field in an accredited program. 1-3 years experience in an accounting-related role Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills Bonus points for experience with QuickBooks.
