Market Job Description

The International HR team has a new opportunity for an experienced Employee Relations Consultant to join the team at our new offices in King William Street, London.

The ER Consultant will have experience of managing a wide variety of ER matters, encompassing all aspects of the employment relationship which would include changes in the employment relationship, performance management, disciplinary, grievances, sickness absence, and reductions in force.


Key

Responsibilities include:
  • Provide expert advice on change management proposals

  • Partner closely with the HRBP team to provide expert advice on all forms of issues involving the employment relationship

  • Develop proactive strategic solutions and initiatives and improve existing policies and procedures

  • Track, analyse and interpret ER metrics

  • Provide consultation on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion matters

  • Assist in the Data Subject Access Request process

  • Provide appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and employees.

  • Case manage end to end grievances, conduct and performance management cases

  • Undertake workplace investigations in collaboration with the Enterprise Investigations team



Market Skills and Certifications
  • HR experience with a demonstrated understanding and hands-on application of employee relations matters

  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills with a proven ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy

  • Effectively organize, prioritize, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills and business acumen
