This permanent Accounts Assistant post is to support the Finance function with all the daily Bookkeeping tasks and also to take on more responsibility from the Finance Manager as you develop in the role.

Description

The key responsibilities for the Accounts Assistant will be to:

• co-ordinate banking receipts & payments
• allocate customer cash transactions
• collate and input supplier invoices
• administer customer and supplier statements
• reconcile credit card transactions
• deliver customer invoices
• manage landed cost and nominal reconciliations
• maintain bank reconciliations and revaluations
• safeguard fixed asset additions
