You will be reporting to the Accounts Manager. Your duties will include the full function of Accounts Payable and Administration for one small, and one medium size business. Beginning as a contract, this role has the potential to go permanent.

Duties
The key responsibilities for this position include:
Accounts Payable
- Managing the day-to-day Accounts payable tasks to batch payment
- Raising, matching, and processing purchase orders - medium to high volume
- Investigating variances
- Dealing with internal queries
Administration
- Managing and updating the CRM system
- Data entry and maintenance
- Sales support
- Ad-hoc duties as and when required
Skills & Experience
To be considered for this position it is favourable that you have:
- 3years + Accounts Payable experience
- Accurate and Well-organised
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with medium sized ERP systems
