Job Details
This is a permanent role, and is part office based in Widnes, Warrington. This role requires a part qualified accountant with previous experience due to wanting to assist them progress up their finance function and providing full study support.

Our client is based in Widnes, Warrington a growing SME transportation firm with a diverse range of business interests.
Description
- Prepare monthly accounts to trial balance stage
- Preparing and issuing invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Scoping, estimating and forecasting for various projects
- Reconcile income by client to the P&L at month-end
- Prepare ad-hoc month-end analysis requested by Management
- Completion of monthly bank reconciliations
- Monitor ongoing projects for comparison of budget to actual and address any issues with overspend as they arise
- Involved in additional adhoc finance duties as required
Profile
- Relevant experience within a finance function, preferably studying towards a professional qualification
- Hands-on finance experience
- Strong IT skills, in particular, advanced Excel
- Experience in a multinational environment an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industry
