Your new role
Due to maternity leave, an opportunity for a Financial Accountant has arisen for a 12-18 month contract. Joining an ambitious team, and reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:

• Month end close (salary postings, Fixed Assets and depreciation, Inter-company matrix reconciliation and maintenance)
• Trial balances and balance sheet reconciliation
• Maintaining processes and controls
• Quarterly Group VAT Return preparation
• Supporting the annual audit of Group companies
• Building relationships with stakeholders
• Assisting with preparation of monthly and quarterly board packs

What you'll need to succeed
As Financial Accountant, you will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or at your final stages of study. It is desirable that you have experience of working in practice/carrying out audits, and you will be comfortable working in a deadline driven environment.

Ideally you will be available to start this contract as soon as possible.
