ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for collecting payments, managing all accounts receivable and apply payments properly into the accounting system to maintain accurate bookkeeping records. The job responsibilities are as follow:
• Utilize company software system to run reports, access clients' information., data entry, etc.
• Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed • Communicate to clients and customers to request payment and arrange payment plans
• Collect payment from customers and accurately record it into the accounting system
• Create reports and balance sheets that document overall P&L.
• Update client accounts based on payment or contact information
• Bank deposits, process credit cards payments
• Reconcile all accounts receivable monthly, quarterly and yearly.
General data entry, order entry and assist with customer service
