Midsized company, approximately 270 MM in annual revenue with a small company feel and culture
They are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team!

Reason for opening: Due to retirement of a career employee

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SENIOR ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK ROLE:

The Senior AR Clerk will compile and sort documents, such as invoices and refund requests, substantiating business transactions.
The Senior AR Clerk will obtain primary financial data for accounting records
Compute and record numerical data and check the accuracy of business transactions
The Senior AR Clerk will perform data entry and administrative duties
The Senior AR Clerk will perform bank reconciliations at the end of each day
The Senior AR Clerk will handle special projects as assigned by management.
This role will have to Clerks reporting into them
This role will report into a skilled and accomplished Financial Planning & Analysis Director

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE SENIOR ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK ROLE:

Office experience required with solid computer skills
Degree is not required, previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields is preferred to a degree
Prefer someone who has experience and knowledge of how to initiate wires and ACH transfers
Seeking someone with an attention to detail and an independent thinker
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of process to apply Cash via software and manually
Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong organizational skills

Compensation: 50K - 60K Salary
