Vaco is partnering with a well-known high growth start-up commercial airplane manufacturer who is searching for a Senior Accountant to join their accounting team.

Our client is in need of a strong accounting professional experienced with general ledger and ERP software in manufacturing or aerospace industries. The company offers a robust equity program with significant upside potential and open PTO.

Qualifications:

• Experience interacting with upper management and operations personnel
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification required
• 3-5+ years of public accounting experience (Big 4 preferred)
• Experience with general ledger and ERP software is a plus
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or aerospace business
• Strong understanding of US GAAP in order to handle technical accounting, complex transactions, owning the GL and month-end close process
