We are partnering with a fantastic business based in the heart of Melbourne's CBD. The business are continuing to grow and success and are looking for a Finance Manager to join the finance team.

The role:

• Financial reporting, including variance analysis, data capturing, financial forecasting and budgeting
• Daily recording and processing all of income received
• Processing supplier invoices and payments
• Daily and weekly bank reconciliations
• Processing of regulatory lodgements and preparation of annual reconciliations
• Processing fortnightly pay runs and maintaining all payroll records
• Maintaining and managing corporate credit card balances, reconciling balances, and recording of receipts
• Preparing monthly Profit and Loss results vs Budget
• Preparing monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Providing support to Executive team with additional financial reporting and analysis when requested

To be considered:

• CPA or CA qualification
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar or senior finance position
• Sound experience dealing with monthly and quarterly statutory reporting (eg. superannuation, payroll tax, FBT, BAS/IAS)
• Sound experience with payroll processing
• Sound knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
• Highly organised, ability to multitask, manage timelines and complete tasks to a deadline
• Strong team player, process driven, and is passionate about their career in finance.
