Job Details
A long term interim Commercial Finance Manager opportunity working as part of a successful Surrey based FMCG business. Working in a role with a key focus on Business Partnering and Financial Control.
Client Details
The client is a fast paced FMCG business with a large finance team. Based in Surrey they are moving forward with a hybrid working model to allow both office and home working.
Description
Including but not limited to:
- Business partnering to drive profitability and sales
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Provide day to day financial insight to enable decision making
- Analysis and reporting of market and sales trends
- Development of business strategy
- Ensure strong financial control
- Ensure costs aligns with budgets
- Continuous improvement of financial processes
- Management of 2 direct reports
Profile
The successful candidate should be a Qualified Accountant with a commercial outlook. Willing and able to commute to a Surrey office at least 2 days a week. Experience within the FMCG sector and of people management is desirable but not essential.
