Te Kaiurungi | About the Role

This role is a senior technical role within Business Intelligence & Solutions that is responsible for delivering real value for our finance team and customers by leveraging BNZ workflow, robotics and case management platforms. There will be lots of opportunity to interface and collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver high quality automation solutions. Key accountabilities include:
  • Delivering on Finance workflow and process automation objectives.
  • Designing, building and implementing Finance workflow use cases with embedded KPIs to demonstrate business value.
  • Ensuring documentation of the recommended process automation technologies for initiatives and ay required documentation.
  • Ensuring adoption of disciplined coding practices to enable agility and delivery of high-quality code.


Ō Pūkenga | About You

We are looking for someone who has demonstrated experience in technology application design & development, with specific experience in managing a PEGA platform. Additionally, you will have:
  • Experience in delivering end-end implementations, with the ability to identify the risks and dependencies during project executions
  • The ability to champion an automation-first mindset
  • Experience in respective automation frameworks, SOA, TDD/BDD approaches
  • The skills & ability to identify continuous improvement solutions
  • A demonstrated user-experience mindset
  • A willingness and/or experience in driving agile transformation
