Healthy Food Manufacturer hiring for an Accounts Payable Clerk. Must have 3 or more years of AP experience and proficiency in using an ERP system such as Oracle, Great Plains, etc.
In office position. Must live the Orange County area.

Essential Functions:

• Full cycle - three way match accounts payable processing
• Analyze invoices - Verify general ledger code, PO information and proper approval
• Follow up with various departments for proper documentation
• Verify and process all bank and credit card transactions to GL accounts daily
• Scan and file accounting documents as needed
• Maintain vendor records, including vendor insurance and requirements, audit W-9's, and process annual 1099's
• Research vendor inquiries, non-paid/short/overpaid invoices, and payee errors
• Obtain proper approvals and authorization for invoice payments
• Verify vendor accounts by reviewing and reconciling monthly vendor statements
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• 3-4 years of full cycle accounts payable experience
• Proficient in using ERP system such as Oracle, Great Plains, etc.
• Proficient in Excel
• Attention to detail, accurate and great communication skills.
