Job Details
An opportunity to work as an Interim Financial Controller reporting to the CFO. This role will be responsible for establishing robust processes, controls and compliance within the finance function with an emphasis on implementing recommended changes. The post holder will also have overall responsibility for ensuring all financial processes are reviewed and amended.

My client is a UK Transport business with offices in London.
Description
The core responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Review, develop and implement new processes and procedures to ensure compliance with FRS etc
- Review, develop and implement a robust process for group consolidation
- Responsible for full review of audit outcomes
- Line management-display strong leadership and responsible for management and development of wider finance team
Profile
The successful candidate will be/have:
- Significant number of years post ACA qualification
- Proven previous experience in development and management of financial controls and compliance
- Extensive knowledge of best practice finance systems
- Available at short notice
Job Offer
A fixed term contract assignment for 6 months initially
£75,000-£80,000
