This business has a great reputation locally and are part of a large group and deliver a bespoke and tailored service to their customer base. They are working with Hays Senior Finance exclusively to recruit a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis.

Your new role

The job of the Finance Business Partner is a varied one, it involves; day to day financial management and business partnering with divisional managers, making sure all month end accounts are accurate, ensuring all balance sheet accounts are full reconciled, preparing monthly commentary on profit and loss and cash variances to budget, assisting with the preparation of a profit and loss and cash forecasting on a monthly basis, assisting with the year end statutory accounting process when required.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will have good excel and analytical skills, they will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure, they will either be studying towards or be a fully qualified ACCA, CIMA or ACA accountant.
