Financial Controller - PART TIME

Part time Financial Controller role in Coventry - 25 hours per week, long term contact 1+ year

You will be working for a leading manufacturing SME based in Coventry who are a part of a wider, multinational group. This role is a long term contract (1+ years) on a part time basis, working 25 hours per week.

Your new role
As the Financial Controller you will be responsible for the smooth day to day running's of the entire finance department, this is a stand alone role where you will report directly into the MD.

• Monthly management accounts prep and submission to Parent company.
• Management of Company P+L and Balance Sheet
• Monthly bank reconciliations
• • Monthly input of various results into Parent company accounting systems.
  • Support bi -annual stock takes and manage the stock currently in excel.
  • Active support of implementation of new accounting system -likely Sage 200.
  • • Fully manage bank transactions, posting invoices on Kashflow, supplier payments on bank and generate monthly wage payments.
    • • Manage relationship with auditors to oversee grant claims, tax matters and annual company audit.
    • Handle finance enquiries both purchase ledger and sales ledger (minimal volume)

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified and experience Financial Controller ideally from the Manufacturing sector who can commit to a long term, part time contract.
