A great opportunity for a Finance Associate 13 Fixed Term Contract position based in central Wilmslow.

Description

The duties include:

• Supporting the sales team with the preparation of booking forms
• Inputting and maintaining commercial contracts within the finance system
• Managing available inventory within the finance system, including the allocation of sales to stock
• Creating, sending and following up on customer invoices
• Preparing revenue forecasts then ultimately transacting and reconciling the revenue recognition as part of the month end process
• Manage client recharges with the respective teams and ensure balances are reconcile within the accounts
• Maintain a tracker for all contracted sales within the UK business
• Preparation of ad hoc business reports, including timesheet profitability analysis and various sales reports
• Supporting the Senior Financial Controller in the preparation of management and statutory reporting

Profile

The successful candidate:

• Must have experience working in transactional finance as a minimum - Essential
• Be studying AAT - Desirable
• Have excellent communication and organisation skills - essential
• Be intermediate MS Excel and have used SAP - Desirable

Job Offer

This role is looking to pay up to £26,000 plus £2,000 retention bonus + hybrid home/office working
