Exciting 6-month project role for a skilled Assistant Financial Accountant. Fund Administrator / Asset Management experience desired.
Our client is embarking on a large internal project; therefore, they seek an enthusiastic Assistant Financial Accountant to join their Fund Accounting team.

Parramatta location, flexible working arrangements, 6-month temporary role.

Tasks involve:

• Preparation and review of general and special purpose accounts
• Posting accurate journals
• Ensure all Balance Sheet reconciliations are completed
• Weekly cash flow reporting
• Preparation of BAS and other tax requirements
• Client reporting as required

In this role you will join a supportive team and be presented the opportunity to learn specific accounting tasks associated with fund manager.

To be considered you are:

• Degree qualified with part CPA or CA studies
• You are skilled with Ms Excel
• You have the proven prior experience in undertaking the above-mentioned tasks.
• Demonstrate an inquisitive nature and willingness to learn!
• Candidates from the banking or financial services industry will be desirable.

6-month temporary role.
