The Programme and Project Management required for the financial industry.
Key deliverables on the Programme will include:
Problem, opportunity statement
Assessment across the value chain of efficiency and effectiveness of operations
Assessment to include process, people, analytics, data and technology
Incorporation of external insights and the above into future state design
GAP assessments of current to future state
Business case documentation
The Programme and Project Managers will manage delivery using the internal methodology.
1 x Programme and 2 x Project Managers are needed to supplement the existing team and need a minimum of:
8 years industry experience Programme Manager
3 years industry experience Project Managers
Relevant degree
Relevant experience in operating model design
The Programme and Project Management required for the financial industry.
