Due to an internal promotion, the Specialised Finance team currently has an exciting opportunity for a highly ambitious and motivated team player to join the team as a Director. The Specialised Finance team originates, structures, and executes market leading financial solutions for project finance transactions (including Public Private Partnerships) across the Infrastructure, Energy and Utilities sectors, and with the NZ Government's focus on infrastructure and decarbonisation there is a strong pipeline of transactions. The team also works closely with our parent National Australia Bank's Specialised Finance teams around the world.

As a Director, Specialised Finance, you will lead and drive all aspects of these transactions (i.e. origination, structuring, and execution) and have oversight of other transaction elements undertaken by the team (i.e. financial modelling, due diligence, credit and pricing papers and documentation) as well as management of a portfolio of existing assets. You will leverage your networks and knowledge of emerging trends in the Infrastructure, Energy and Utilities sectors to originate new transactions.
