Our client are a small but growing Accountancy Practice looking to bring in additional support into the fast-paced and growing Audit team.

The role will offer exposure to a variety of clients, will support mentoring and a chance to progress and grow with the business long-term.

Description

The role will include:

• Completion of audit fieldwork/planned substantive and analytical audit procedures, normally on site at client premises.
• Responsibility for the planning and completion of audit assignments, whilst ensuring audit files have appropriate and sufficient documentation.
• Prepare statutory financial statements from client data and highlight high level risk areas or matters of concern to the Partner/Manager whilst using a significant degree of your own judgement
  
  As your responsibilities continue to develop you will be planning the execution and finalisation of the audit assignments for Partner/Manager review.

Profile

The successful candidate will be ACA or ACCA qualified (or newly qualified) with good Practice experience and the ambitious to develop inside the business.
