New job opportunity working for a leader in there field our client in the Bedford area is looking for an experience Assistant Management Accountant to join an established team.

Your new role
The role of Assistant Management Accountant is to assist the Finance Manager with the preparation of monthly management accounts, collation of management information pack and supporting reporting. You will also be expected to provide additional assistance and support in other areas of the finance department including sales ledger analysis and credit control, HMRC reporting along with ad-hoc tasks set by the UK Finance Manager. The ideal candidate must have experience working in a similar role.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal person for this role will be either AAT qualified or equivalent, have experience of VAT & Intrastat and a minimum of 2 years experience in a commercial or industrial environment
Must have an aptitude for figures and attention to detail, good systems skills, proactive and self-motivated. Able to work on own initiative and with excellent time management skills.
