We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.

Currently we are expanding our RDC Payroll team in Poland and we are looking after payroll professionals who will be supporting our Swiss Payroll services delivery from our office in Katowice. 

For the right candidates our team and company will provide effective training workshops so that you can independently process end to end payroll for the portfolio of clients located in Switzerland.  

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly payroll for clients in Switzerland;
• Elaboration of periodic payroll reporting (pay slip, monthly summaries, accounting vouchers);
• Perform all year-end closing related tasks;
• Management of client relations for a portfolio of client entities;
• Management of payroll associated tasks (tax, social securities, other insurances ) and liaise with third parties;
• Ensure payroll related audits are conducted smoothly;
• Apply policies as set down in TMF’s procedures manual and payroll procedures;
• Assistance to Accounting section for specific payroll issues;
• Control (4 eyes check) and backup of an additional portfolio of client entities;
• Technical research on specific payroll issues;
• Provide work status' feedback to the supervisor on a regular basis;
• Record time properly in the system and prepare invoices for clients;
• Archiving of client documentation

Key Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or HR field;
• Minimum 1 year experience in Payroll processing and/or HR (preferably within an international organization);
• Fluent in English; knowledge of either German or French would be an asset;
• Attention to detail and result oriented;
• Team player;
• Ability to work effective in a multicultural team
