Responsibilities

• Assist in due diligence review of transactions.
• Participate as a team member in a myriad of Corporate Advisory engagements including liquidation, financial due diligence and valuation.
• Interact with team members and external parties in meeting the engagements’ expectations.
• Being able to interact and make presentations to directors and senior management.

Requirements

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or equivalent professional qualification in Accounting.
• Knowledge in Accounting will be an added advantage.
• Strong command in written and oral English.
• Computer literate, well-versed with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications.
• Possess strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• A dedicated, resourceful, analytical and results-orientated team player.
• Able to work well independently and under pressure with attention to detail.
• Able to travel for work.
• Associate position: Fresh graduates or those with 6 months minimum experience in related fields are encouraged to apply
• Senior Associate position: Those with a year’s minimum experience in related fields are encouraged to apply
