Job Details
A great opportunity for an experienced credit controller - 3 month temp but opportunity to go permanent. Based right in the city centre of Manchester, offering between £27,000 to £30,000 equiv per hour.

Description
Duties include:
- Ensuring outstanding accounts are collected
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to follow up on outstanding purchase orders
- Reconciliation of client accounts
- Resolve queries
- Monthly debt reviews
- Forecast expected payments
- Updating the data base with the progress on outstanding accounts
- Raising credit paperwork and issuing copies of invoices and credits
- Chase and resolve complex debts
- Process refunds
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience chasing complex debt - essential
- Experience and understand of complex billing systems with multiple ledger items - desirable
- Excellent telephone manner - desirable
- Excellent communication skills - desirable
