We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate or an experienced Sales Person to join our team in Watford, covering Interim Qualified Finance Vacancies.

Your new role
You will be working from our vibrant Watford office, sitting alongside a well established team of ambitious and successful recruitment consultants, including our UK&I top biller on Accountancy and Finance Temp. Our finance business in Watford has historically been extremely successful meaning that this is a rare opportunity to take over a warm desk with client relationships already established.

The office is an amazing place to work where your peers will encourage and support you in reaching your career goals. The office itself is situated in the heart of the town centre, and just a 5 minute stroll from the Train Station. It is also conveniently located within a stones throw to the local shops to visit on your lunch break and a variety of bars and restaurants, perfect for when you have successes to celebrate!

The role will see you managing the 360 recruitment process, working with both candidates and clients. Winning new business, sourcing new candidates and building and maintaining professional relationships is all part of your day to day duties here at Hays. You will also be responsible for advert writing and interviewing your own candidates and will be given both KPI's and targets to achieve.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a successful and established Sales Person or Graduate, and experience recruiting in to the finance industry could be beneficial. You should be able to demonstrate what it takes to build and maintain a solid client base and how to be proactive with difficult to find candidates. You should be ambitious, proactive and inquisitive, and should show a genuine interest in the finance industry.
