- Maintain high level of customer service
- Maintain and process High Volume Supplier Transactions (P/O's, Invoice, Approvals)
- Maintain inbox queries
- Contribute to AP operations, time-frames, scheduling, processing payments, resolving supplier queries and coordinating disbursements
- Reconciliations
- Maintain Vendor files and records
- Month-end accruals & prepayments
- Assist with preparation of weekly reporting and month end
- Assist other team members when required

Your Profile
To be successful you will have proven experience in a high volume Accounts Payable role, with a minimum of 2 year's experience. The following attributes will also be highly advantageous:

- Comprehensive Excel skills
