The Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for the end-to-end responsibilities of Accounts Payable.

Some typical duties will involve:

• Maintain high level of customer service
• Maintain and process High Volume Supplier Transactions (P/O's, Invoice, Approvals)
• Maintain inbox queries
• Contribute to AP operations, time-frames, scheduling, processing payments, resolving supplier queries and coordinating disbursements
• Reconciliations
• Maintain Vendor files and records
• Month-end accruals & prepayments
• Assist with preparation of weekly reporting and month end
• Assist other team members when required

Your Profile

To be successful you will have proven experience in a high volume Accounts Payable role, with a minimum of 2 year's experience. The following attributes will also be highly advantageous:

• Strong accounts payable experience, 'end-to-end'.
• Prior exposure to ERP System 'Microsoft Dynamics Nav'
• Comprehensive Excel skills
• Able to start immediately
• Warm, friendly personality
• Work independently
