The Role

This position is a blend of administration, reception, accounts and customer service. A great customer facing role reporting directly to an Administration Manager

Some typical duties will involve:
  • Covering reception and greeting customers
  • Taking inbound calls and directing to staff members
  • Supporting with excel spreadsheet work and ad hoc accounts tasks
  • General administration and customer service duties


This position is moving quickly and will commence in July. It's a long term opportunity so suits someone looking for stability.

Location in the north west suburbs and parking available on site.

Your Profile

You will have a background in administration/reception/customer services with a minimum of 1 years experience in a similar position. The following attributes will also be highly advantageous:

  • Prior experience using Microsoft Excel
  • Able to start immediately
  • Happy working in Melbourne's north west
  • Warm, friendly personality
