• ACMA – CIMA qualified Member having minimum 7-8 years’ post qualification experience ideally in FMCG industry (preferably articles with Big 4) 

Position Summary

These positions are based at Head office in Lahore with reporting lines either to CFO or Head of Decision Support.

A day in the life of...

• Ensure full transparency and visibility around costs, KPIs and investments related to the manufacturing / operations through relevant analysis and reporting
• Coordinate financial business planning and strategic planning process and provide to management full transparency on forecasts, gaps, risks and opportunities
• Manage budgets and implement budgetary controls to deliver the objectives
• Ensure that cost allocations for P&L (including manufacturing, distribution, white collar) are in line with agreed principles and policies
• Develop and ensure robust evaluation of capital investment plans and requests
• Organize internal and external benchmarking of performance
• Ensure development and implementation of internal controls and necessary compliance
• Provide full visibility of COGS and FOE to all stakeholders
• Lead the period-end closing in collaboration with the Costing Shared Service Center to calculate the Actual Cost of Production, COGS, Factory Fixed Overheads, depreciation and distribution costs on a monthly basis
• Educate the organization to follow costing guidelines (Manufacturing, distribution and White Collar costing). Ensure the proper costing related training requirements are met in the market. Verify that costing results are compliant with all Nestlé standards
• Coordinate the calculation of the Annual Cost Estimate (ACE) and Dynamic Forecast of COGS, Factory Fixed Overheads, depreciation and distribution cost. Be responsible for providing the Costing Shared Service Center with the market inputs timely and accurately. Ensure the data basis for costing processes are correct.
   

What Will Make You Successful

• Prior experience in Accounting / Finance function (e.g.: Operational Controlling experience in Supply Chain, Factory operations or experience in finance functions such as Costing, planning, reporting etc)
• Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry experience
• Proficiency in English and language of the market (where applicable)
• Experience in a network organization with cross-functional stakeholder
