Our client is a fast growing Technology business in an exciting phase of growth and expansion. They are looking to hire a new Property Finance Manager to work along side senior stakeholders and will be responsible for month end accounting, forecasting of the key metrics and outsourced property contracts.

Description

As the Property Finance Manager you will be responsible for managing a direct report, working closely with the Head of Finance and have overall responsibility for all finance aspects including:

  • Month end accounting
  • Forecasting of the key metrics,
  • Liaising with the shareholders and managing the finance aspects of the property contracts.
  • Management Accounts and provide insightful commentary.
  • Provide day to day financial support to the CFO and senior stakeholders
  • Manage the property portfolio ensuring timely and accurate accounting of all Property costs

Profile

For this Property Finance Manager we are looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, and ACCA), who has strong all round accounting experience, ideally exposure to Technology or Telecoms industries and is confident partnering and is comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.

Job Offer

£75,000-£80,000 Basic salary, 15% Bonus, Pension, PMI, Life assurance, 30 days holiday, Parking on site & flexible working hours.
