- This is a full-time, customer service focused AR Specialist role. Hours are 8-5/Monday-Friday
- We are seeking local Denver, CO area AR Specialist candidates, as this is an on-site position
- Casual, friendly and close-knit teamQualified AR Specialist candidates will have the following background:
- 2+ years experience in full-cycle accounts receivable
- Ability to create, post and send invoices
- Strong follow-through and professional communication
- Must be driven to provide excellent customer service
- Comfortable with B2B collections via phone and email
- Working knowledge of MS Excel
- Familiar with larger ERP systems
- Must be a team playerPrimary responsibilities for the AR Specialist role include:
- Full ownership of full-cycle AR: Invoicing, collections, cash application and reporting
- Customer statement and account management
- New customer set-up
- Handle returns, credit memos and other customer needs
- Back up support for customer service and order entry
