Assistant Accountant

Educational/Professional Qualifications Required 

-BSc. Finance & Accounting

-Part Qualification – CIMA / ICASL / ACCA

Special Attributes/Competencies Required

Major Duties & Responsibilities

-Verify  all transactions and ensure that financial information is accurate

-Prepare  accurate monthly and quarterly financial statements within the stipulated deadline

-Ensure all  bank guarantees  are renewed on or before the expiry date, and make sure that all guarantees are in line with  Company legal formats

-Maintain records of CAPEX received from overseas finance departments and handover to respective divisions

-Carry out ASHML related payments , banking and tax related work

-Prepare project budgets and monitor project related CAPEX transactions

-Review all Male , Oman & India Insurance policies received from the service provider, and ensure that all policies are renewed before expiry
