This position will offer the right individual a chance to expand their commercial and operational business acumen; you will analyze costs, inform relevant stakeholders around profitable growth, and work closely with the team in a financial modelling capacity. You will have the ability to look at a big set of data, but also the initiative to forecast with the 'bigger picture' in mind.

It is integral that the successful candidate has an open mind and a keen interest to understand the broader business and the value of long-term relationships therein. You will report directly to the Commercial Manager; this means that you will have the support, guidance, and platform to thrive within your new role from the outset. Your new manager is genuine, hard-working and leads by absolute example. They foster a flexible working environment and drive an inclusive culture within the team.

This business-critical position will be hands-on with day-to-day operations: analysing supplier and customer contracts to drive commercial decision making is a large part of your day. You will also work closely with the commercial and operational team to ensure that key indicators of performance are met.

We'd love to speak with you if you are a person with proven experience in a commercial analyst role, as well as a mindset for growth and challenge. You will be driven by the desire to learn, to take initiative and pride themselves upon their strong worth ethic.

To be considered for this position you will have similar experience in a previous role, with an understanding that to be successful, you are a team player who doesn't mind picking up a few extra tasks to better the daily operations. As mentioned, we value your technical capability but your desire and capability to interact with key members of the organisation.

Your Skills & Experience
  • Degree qualified in Commerce, Business, or related field.
  • CPA or CA qualified (would be looked upon highly but not essential)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and a desire to learn PowerBI
  • Extraordinary ability to multi-task and attention to detail are critical.
  • A sound level of communication and ability to engage with a multitude of stakeholders across the business.
