Your new company
A reputable private wealth organisation has begun a property development project for a range of residential and commercial properties across London. This organisation has a friendly and familial culture combined with a professional and corporate approach to work. Here, you will be working in the head office, based in West London, leading this new property development project.

Your new role
Working closely with the executive team, this is a critical, hands on role which involves:

• Preparing a range of statutory accounts for 4 funding contracts
• Weekly reporting to Directors and investment partners
• Liaising with auditors for annual accounts
• Liaising with the investment houses
• Managing company records

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed as a Chief Financial Officer here, you MUST have the following:

• An accounting body qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc)
• Experience leading a property project development
• Advanced Excel skills and competent user of relevant accounting systems
• Ideally, experience working with investment houses
