Job Details
An experienced interim/ contractor needed to drive efficiency's in the Europe Finance team through the implementation of tools to support analysis, forecasting and planning.
Client Details
Our client, a Global Business Services company based in Crawley is looking for an experienced interim/ contractor to support in the implementation of systems, tools and processes to improve analysis, forecasting and planning.
They have selected a cloud based FP&A system to connect planning, reporting, analytics and dashboard needs but they need an experienced FP&A Systems Analyst to ensure it meets the needs of the business and meets their goal of reducing time taken to develop the annual operating plan.
Description
As FP&A Systems Analyst you will be tasked with supporting the implementation of the FP&A system, Bizview. You will work with regional heads to develop a regional planning model for P&L, balance sheet and cash.
You will work with them to deliver a suite of reports and dashboards to meet the needs of each country/ stakeholder and you will suggest potential enhancements as appropriate.
As a change champion you will work with the heads to ensure they are bought into the change and trained on how to use it once implemented.
You will work with them during the budgeting process (Q3- Q4) to develop annual opportating process and identify any areas of risk and opportunity.
Profile
You will be a Qualified Accountant, or qualified by experience and have extensive experience of supporting transformation of FP&A functions and ideally implementing FP&A systems.
You will have experience of working for corporate organisations and know what good looks like but have a roll your sleeves up attitude and ability to work in an SME culture.
You will have strong interpersonal skills and know how to lead/ ask the right questions to bring IT and Finance together.
You will have exceptional modelling skills in excel, and ideally other FP&A tools such as Bizview, Anaplan or corporate planner.
Strong project management and training skills would also be beneficial.
