Business Analyst - Lender Product

Reporting to our Business Analyst Manager, you'll be:
  • Working closely with key stakeholders, end users and engineers to translate business needs into tangible and practical solutions
  • Facilitate solutions to drive Salesforce best practice
  • Demonstrating proven analytical skills with a 'can do' attitude - we're looking for someone who can propose, document and deliver
  • Deliver clear and concise end to end user stories and functional requirement definition to drive both frontend and backend development
  • Representing the customer and the business helping to define and prioritise backlog.


Your skills, attributes & experience:
  • 4+ years demonstrated Business Analyst experience in software delivery with CRM
  • Skilled in the Salesforce platform, it's architecture and functionality (desirable)
  • Leading the functional delivery of the team including holding workshops, defining requirements, engaging with stakeholders and undertaking some configuration work
  • Ability to facilitate and drive outcomes with technical teams to meet the business need
  • Ability to work in high paced, complex and diverse IT environments
  • Demonstrated experience in gathering business requirements and translating into user stories within a scrum framework
  • Driven & motivated, with the ability to inform & influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong communication skills and prior experience using Confluence and Jira
  • Worked on lending technology projects (Desirable)

We're looking for a team player who enjoys working in smaller, nimble and technology-focused project teams with a strong emphasis on delivery. Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders.
