KeyInvest is now seeking an experienced Accountant to join their Accounting Services team and support its future growth.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Group Accountant, the Accountant will be responsible for accounting, budgeting, reconciliation, reporting and analysis functions. A key focus of this role is to prepare and deliver accurate monthly management accounts including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow forecast, variance analysis, quarterly re-forecast and a range of other financial analysis reports.
Other key responsibilities include:
The successful candidate will be CA/CPA qualified with tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Commerce or other related disciplines, experienced in financial services. KeyInvest is seeking a flexible and hands on individual who has strong attention to detail, solid numerical and problem solving skills, with the ability to learn quickly, and work well both independently and within a team environment. This role will require a high level of experience and proficiency in Excel. Candidates with taxation understanding and fund accounting experience are highly desirable for this role.

- Demonstrating leadership by monitoring workflows and effectiveness of other team members to ensure timely and accurate production of monthly financial results;
- Providing regular ad hoc support to executive management, line management and staff;
- Assisting with a range of operational and strategic projects as required.
