They have a close-knit and family feel within the office with a jovial and upbeat atmosphere. They are about to embark on a system upgrade to improve the AP process, so eager to have someone join who enjoys systems and streamlining.

The Role

This role will be part of a team of 9 within the Finance Team and has a flat structure. You will report to the Group Finance Manager. The responsibilities for the role include:

• Coding and entering invoices in an accurate manner
• Manage the Accounts Payable Inbox - answering queries
• Ensure invoice approval procedures are carried out
• Process the weekly and monthly payment batches
• GL Journal creation and entry
• Reconciliation of the creditor's accounts
• Assist in development and streamlining of the Accounts Payable Processes

Your Profile

To be considered for this role we are looking for someone who has:

- Accounts Payable Experience at least 3 Years'

- Clear communication skills

- Interest in wanting to help streamline and give input into developing the Accounts Payable process.
