Grants Manager

The selected applicant will support multiple grant and project managers with oversight and implementation of a wide variety of projects. The following skills are required to be effective in this role:

• Prior federal grant management experience with knowledge and familiarity of federal grant rules and regulations, including 2 CFR 200, is required.
• Must be able to obtain and retain large quantities of information, most notably federal and programmatic guidance and policies.
• Must possess a high level of attention to detail and must have strong writing skills.
• Must be able to track project budgets and coordinate and track project deliverables.
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced and regularly changing environment.
• Must be proficient in Excel and Word. 

The primary responsibility of the selected applicant will be to support multiple project managers with project oversight; as such, job duties will vary and may change on a daily basis. Examples of job duties may include:

• Reviewing payment requests for projects funded with Federal grant funding to ensure any and all project related costs are within the scope of work and that applicable federal/state funding requirements have been met.
• Managing required monthly submittals for 40+ individual projects to identify any outstanding/overdue information that should be collected.
• Supporting compilation, collection, and filing of documentation to demonstrate compliance for a wide range of federally funded projects.
• Other job duties as assigned.
