An experienced accountant with minimum three years experience is required to start immediately. The candidate should be well-aware of taxation system in Pakistan and should be active user of QuickBooks Pro. He/she will be working for a friendly small sized practice that is expanding and looking to take on someone who wants to join a growing firm. This role is to assist with management accounts, reports and analysis as well as contributing to project work. His/her duties will include:

• Preparing and finalizing accounts for both Sole Traders and Limited Companies
• Well aware of taxation systems in Pakistan
• Tax returns
• GST returns
• Company secretarial work

Essential Skills and Experience

• 3 years experience of working in an accountancy practice
• Expert in QuickBooks Pro
• Good team player able to interact at all levels of organization
• The ability to work under minimal supervision is essential
• Intermediate excel skills
• Degree qualified or part qualified with an interest in obtaining CIMA/ACCA/ACA
• A keen interest in financial services
• Experience using a general ledger and posting journals
