My Client has a long history globally and is a well-respected brand within New Zealand. They have 3 Branches across NZ, and the head office is based in Auckland. They pride themselves in quality. They have great culture and have long tenure within the company - the company has experienced substantial growth after expanding their product line - hence the reason for this newly created role.

The Role

This role will report to the CFO and will be part of a team of 5. This is a newly created role due to the growth of the company. This role will have the opportunity to grow and learn new skills. The role will be responsible for:

• Accounts Receivable reconciliation
• Ensure all customer invoices disputes are promptly actioned to avoid delays with meeting the payment terms
• Processing, allocating and collecting payments
• Credit account applications processed, including due diligence to assess credit risk & PPSR registration.
• Maintain accounts receivable customer records and keep database updated
• Assisting in the month-end process
• Assist with projects and ad-hoc tasks as required

Your Profile

To be considered for this role we are looking for someone who has:

• At least 2 Years Accounts Receivable experience in a high-volume environment
• High level of accuracy, efficiency and accountability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team Player
