Accounts Receivable Specialist needed for South Fresno employer. This is a temp to hire position with a salary rate of $17-21 per hour.

The AR Specialist duties include:

• Maintaining bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed
• Communicate with previous clients and customers to request payment and arrange payment plans
• Collect payment from customers and accurately record it into the system
• Update client accounts based on payment or contact information
• Manage contracts and bill customer accordingly

Qualifications for the AR Specialist include:

• Communication: Written and verbal communication skills are vital
• Project management: Strong project management skills
• Organization: The ability to closely pay attention to detail will ensure that records and reports are accurate.

This position requires 2 years experience minimum in a similar role, with a good understanding of an ERP software. This is a temp to hire position with a salary range of $17-21 per hour, depending on experience.
