Position: Senior SEC Reporting Consultant (contract)

Term: 3-4 months

Estimated Start: July 26th

Pay Rate: market rate, based on experience

Summary:

• Backfill for employee going on leave

Responsibilities:

• Client uses Active Disclosure for reporting - current version is not as user friendly as Workiva. For example - open AD in browser, then it opens another document where you input information instead of everything being directly cloud based.
• Will help with a few journal entries such as debt, some cash flow preparation.
• Financial reporting and technical accounting (help in between quarters).. sometimes there can be a lot of unusual transactions.

Qualifications:

• Public accounting and public company experience preferred. Okay with just public company experience.
• SEC Reporting - 10K's & 10Q's
• Active Disclosure (reporting software) is strongly preferred
• CPA nice to have
