- Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end close process
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Adhoc projects (such as statutory audits, quarter-end deliverables...)
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Proven strong analytical skills (not negotiable)
- Ability to analyze & comprehend complex accounting matters
- Initiative and resourcefulness
- Attention to detail
- Ownership of the end product & ability to drive projects to completion w/I tight deadlines
- Team player
- Strong work ethics & accountability
- Flexibility with hours (work on Saturdays during a Qtr.-end; longer hrs. when/if needed to meet the deadlines)
