The Financial Assistant will assist with our day-to-day transactions, including expenses. The Financial Assistant responsibilities include processing payments, maintaining cost reports and managing invoices.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Help with financial data entry and general bookkeeping
- Manage data, records, and reports by checking for errors and verifying accuracy of information
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports
- Update and maintain financial records
- Take direction from and report to the Line Manager
- Independently prioritize daily tasks and responsibilities
- Assist with profibility calculations and reporst if necessary
- Work to company standards and structures
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Understanding of data privacy standards
- Integrity skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with business principles and practices
- Attention to detail
- Good organisational skills

- Good computer skills, particularly with spreadsheets and calculation software
