Your new company
A Senior FP&A Analyst is required for a global plc based in Surrey. This is a unique opportunity to join a household brand with a rich, diverse history and a passionate, friendly culture. Working in the head office and remotely from home, you will be working closely with the FP&A Manager as well as other C-Suite members to analyse and work to reduce budgets and costs of the company.

Your new role
The role for Senior FP&A Analyst is a unique opportunity to work in an ambitious and rapidly growing organisation with clear opportunities for promotion. Your role as Senior FP&A Analyst will be a critical one with a range of responsibilities such as:

  • Preparing monthly UK business performance analysis and working closely with the Commercial Finance Teams and the FP&A Manager to determine key drivers
  • Assisting the FP&A Manager in producing and delivering the business' profit and loss reports to C-Suite members
  • Producing KPI reports for the UK which will be utilised by directors to track performance and assist in decision making
  • Holding complete ownership over the business' annual corporate social responsibility reporting; liaising with stakeholders across the business to deliver clear and insightful reports
  • Preparing multiple department's monthly cost budgeting and variance analysis reports


What you'll need to succeed
To succeed as a Senior FP&A Analyst here, you MUST have the following:

  • Ideally, a qualification from an accounting body (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) but would also entertain part-qualified or experience-qualified candidates
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Previous experience in FP&A
  • Ideally, experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • The ability to work towards tight deadlines
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
  • Strong presentational skills
  • Availability for short notice
